ive overnighted tickets before…they SAY you have to mail it in within 24 hours but thats bullshit… ive mailed them in days late and never got a suspended license over it… so long as you mail it in within a week with a small note explaining the situation you should be ok…
It’s a misdemeanor though, on moving violations you can mail it in but AFAIK you MUST appear for the court date, not just send it in.
every speeding ticket ive gotten was considerd a misdemeanor… i always mail them in past the 24 hour window that your allowed to mail them in by… ive never gotten any shit from court for doing so…then like a month goes buy and you get a thing in the mail that tells you when to go to court, maybe they changed things over the last two years but like i said i always mailed them things in late every time… not to say they havent changed the rules on that because its been a while since ive gotten a ticket… like a year or so.
