this pisses me off more than anything…my roomates always change the toilet paper to roll UNDER and i cant stand that!! why would you want to reach under for the paper when its more naturally flowing to go OVER. like waterfalls the shit rolls OVER the edge. argghhh

i agree… sometimes there may be a splash or whatever and it gets in a spot that is not normal. It’s not rocket science. simply remove a few sheets, fold once or twice… take indexfinger along with middle and ring fingers (some may use thumb to help with grip for those sticky, messy dumps) and wipe firmly. Pending on the paper excessive wiping may cause to irritation.
I use my entire fist. Sometimes both fists.

I chose Over… I never think it matters until I accidently put it on Under and fresk out for five minutes at 3am trying to find the end of it with the lights out and my eyes closed.
why not turn the light on? im sure you you could save 4 min’s.
I don’t open my eyes… and besides, have you ever turned on a light in the middle of the night… The burning of my eyeballs is waaaay not worth it.
i get up for work in the middle of the night so maybe im just used to it.
