Why don’t you pick up an Acura TSX?
Gas Mileage of the Civic and RSX, 4 doors (better to haul shit around)
Somewhat Nimble cars I would say, you would be better off tracking that over the RSX or Civic. Plus you get all the nice features of a DD with your only option being Navigation. My Buddy might be looking to sell his 2004 Black/Black 6spd with about 48K on it very soon too.
