You can prob get the lights fixed for like 40bucks, find some at a junkyard, do whatever
you can get decent used tires for like 20bucks

and then get an inspection, legit or not. but atleast make your car safe for yourself and others

just for future reference of this thread.

If the car was recently inspected, you can bring the sheet with you to the dmv, and you wont have to get the car reinspected.

Either way its just nystate with thier hands out saying gimmie.
