I got one in kenmore, it ended up being plead down to a parking ticket for 50 bux.
I was told amount of time does not matter. Now registered but not insured is a whole different matter, that goes by time. I could pull a car out of the garage that wasn’t inspected since 1980, and get pulled over the first day. Plus people register cars for years, and they never leave the garage, so it doesn’t have to be inspected to be registered.
