Drivers ed and and defensive driving are your friend . Im 19 and I took both and it literally cut my insurance in half which really helps if your parents are assholes and wont let you on their plans.( started my policy when i was 18) and pay only 1200 a year on my own plan. Autoone is my insurance company.
