Any suggestions on auto and homeowners insurance?
I have Allstate now and I got the “quote” and it seems a little much!
If you know of any to stay away from please let me know!

First suggestion, do a search because this comes up every 2-3 weeks.
I have allstate for homeowners, progressive for boat, and Geico for auto. Allstate will get the boat policy when the progessive one expires but they can’t touch Geico for auto, even with the multi-policy discount.
And stay away from Farmers.
how much covered and what. for what price. i have ERIE and have not had a problem. i pay 1900 a year for 1million coverage. and 0 deduct.
My uncles own an insurance agency so I go through them. But even if I didn’t have family in the business I’d go through an agent. Nothing like having a professional in the business working for you to shop for you, make sure you have proper coverage, and to be able to choke face to face should a claim get denied. You don’t pay much extra and if they’re good at their job the savings from getting a good deal outweighs whatever they skim off the top.
That being said, I have Erie & Niagara for homeowners.
