do you pay insurance on what it was before it was rebuilt or since it becomes a new vehicle do you pay new vehicle rates on insurance?
you pay what the rate is for that vehicle now not new
so if you got a rebuilt 1990 tempo you pay the same insurance rate as a 1990 tempo with a clean title?
