I priced out a budget bag kit for a MK4 you would be supprised at the cost. They sell sleeve bags that go over a normal strut for the front. I can make the bracket for the rear in an hr. Manual valves are cheap and very reliable, no wiring up relays, expensive electric valves that can freeze up with moisture, and no need for a switch box. One tank and one compressor. Single dual needle gauge for front pair and rear pair readouts.
Its not the bees knees, but it will get you up and down, ride like stock, and wont be much more than a set of middle to upper range coils.
