I’ve got a lot of information from this Club over the months, but I hadn’t registered. So I thought I mind as well. Anyways, I live Mississauga, I’ve owned a cav and a crx in the past but now I’m looking into a 240sx. And no, I didn’t start liking it from Initial D or because of drifting. I was thinking about what I liked in a car, and the 240 came up on top. Plus i was at DX1 and met a lot of you guys and it seemed like a pretty good scene. So i hope I can learn even more from this club. Soon enough i’ll have a 240 (Anyone selling for about $3200 
) I’m looking forward to meets aswell.
BTW. who owns the 240 thats always parked in front of food basics near shoppers world? its a brown coupe.

I just bought a 1990 240… I owned an rx-7 before this that never ran. It was going to be a project car that never flew; someone made me an offer on it I couldn’t refuse… enh :shrug:
So I bought this 240 and immediately swapped in an sr20, nice big front mount, 3" exaust all the way back, and replaced the suspension. Any way my future plans include:
mechanical: rb25 swap, upgraded lsd, 300zx brakes… etc
visual: Yashio Factory GT aero kit (or a knock-off), Bay Side Blue paint and all sorts of I.C.E… I look foreward to learning something from this forum… thanks

I’m married, 29, work at a call centre, and consider myself a hobbyist. I’m not a fanatic of any specific car, but love a car that can be a blast to drive, modded or not.

Hey! I just registered but have been lurking in the shadows for a little while… After about 4 months of serious searching and 3 years of serious dreaming, I bought my first 240sx 4 days ago! Sooo happy with it!

Well… I bought the car used with 140,000 km on it. It’s a 1993 5speed hatchback, and metallic blue (not too certain the actual colour’s name). Anyways, the car is in near perfect condition! No rust anywhere! From 1993-2001 (I think) the car has been in B.C. The Engine is in super good shape too!
Only bad news is that the previous owner had some enemies I guess and they keyed the sides of the car. It was covered up well however so it won’t rust.
Anyways, the previous owner had done some slight modifications to it. He replaced the stock air-filter box to a cone filter, installed clear turn signal’s in the front, replaced the stock stereo system with a CD stereo system and added a 6 disc CD changer. All things which I planned on doing, but didn’t have the money readily available at the time. So big bonus for me!
Oh yea! He also bought an aftermarket cup holder! Which is also nice! :lol:
