^^^ Welcome Jason… Good luck with the hunt for a 240
Hello people.
My name is Brian. I found out about the club thru the local grapevine. I heard about a young fella who owns a 240 and is a member.
I’m at a point where its time to part with our 240, so rather than trade it in and get squat for it at a dealer, I thought I would offer it for sale through your club with the hopes of finding a buyer who would appreciate a car like this. I would hate for a kid somewhere to get it and pound it into dust with no respect for what its worth. This is a nice car!
I’m a firefighter from Brampton; live in Niagara and commute. My wife and I can’t very well fit the child safety seat in the back seat of the 240 so I guess its time to grow up with some responsibility and do the right thing.
At least we’re buying a Nissan Altima to replace this one.
Hope I can find an interested party here.
Thanks

Hello all,
Since this is my first post, technically I would be considered a new member but I have been around the board for some time now. I have been looking for a 240 and now that I have found s14 and need parts, here I am.
My name is Rick, I have had a s13 (93) for some time and decide to get a new 240sx to build up. Now that I found a s14 I am getting rid of my s13.
Hopefully I can find some time to be more of a active member than I have been in the past.
Looking forward to meeting you guys at meets…
Rick

Hey, sup to all my fellow 240 lovers.
I’m Rory and I’m 18 and i live in Oakville. I’ve been surfin this site for about a month now and thought it was time to register. I’ve been workin my but off for the past few months to get enough cash to buy a 240 (91-93 fastback). I’m in love with this car. It’s got a sexiness about it. Hopefully, by signing up here i’ll meet some fellow enthusiasts and find me a nice ride to put my funds and sweat into.
Peace
I’m sorry but all I read was “xxx” “love” “sexiness” and “sweat”.
And now, quite frankly, i’m harder than a two-sided jigsaw puzzle.
Welcome to the club.
hi. my name’s stephen.
i’m interested in buying a 240sx, mostly because it’s a rear wheel drive, fastback, moderately upgradeable car that is also moderately affordable.
a good friend of mine has an mx3 that he regularly “tunes” or “mods” or whatever you’d like to call it, and the majority of the time, i help out.
through this quasi apprenticeship, i have been bitten by the car bug. as a nineteen year old with a slight spending habit, and a full time student position at Mohawk college (hamilton) i don’t have the opportunity (yet) to purchase one. mind you, slowly but surely, i AM saving up, and i will soon be part of the proud 240sx owners on this board.
other things you may want to know about me:
i hate poor spelling and grammar, though i rarely ever use capitalization.
i loathe tacky car “mods” like huge tach gages, unnecessary gages (water temp, oil pressure, etc), giant spoilers (that do nothing short of making the car heavy), and neon lighting, which robs the car of important voltage.
i sound like an asshole. i’m only e-tough though
It’s spelled “gauges” and uh… water temp and oil pressure gauges are tacky? Shiit I guess the guys here better rip those out with a quickness… when their engines overheat in traffic it won’t matter cuz at least they won’t be tacky!
btw welcome.
wait a minute… oil temp + water temp are un-necessary gauges? :wtf:
