no i was referring to the parts and cost they would charge for something out of warranty
Oh god, Iāve had this happen to me on more than one occasion. Mind you I have a 30g ipod, not a nano.
1.) you must plug this into a power outlet, NOT USB. I dont know why, but USB wonāt work. (I dont this it sends enough power)
2.) after youāve let it charge for 3 or more hours try resetting it. Iām not sure how to do this on a a nano but google it Im sure it will come up.
3.)(not for the faint of heart) 2 times that this happened, nothing would fix the problem. I kept either getting the battery symbol, or a āfolder with a sad faceā symbol. In both cases I had no options left except to take it apart or send it in for repair. So Hereās what I did, drop it onto a hard surface from about 6 inches. It immediately fixed whatever the hell was wrong. (The general consensus on the net is that there is a wire that must be loose, or it jogs the HD)
Best of luck
not sure if the video is flash, but the nano is so there isnt a hd in it.
But the usb vs. wall outlet sounds like a valid tryā¦
