The police had traffic stopped to paint Vascar lines at 4:30 in the afternoon. It wasn’t a major highway, but damn, they have all day long to do it and they choose rush hour.

maybe they were painting lines all day long and the only time you happened to see them is when you were driving? :dunno:
where did they paint them on 70? cause if so i saw them sitting on the asses in the trucks arround 11:30am then saw them again at 1:30pm wokring on 70.
