please tell me someone contacted this person and said something. this is just redic. i really think if she was just sitting in the spot waiting for someone to come and park there i would just start pulling into the parking spot until she got up. if she asked for money, i think i would laugh in her face. or ask were u just here to sell the spot or go shopping. cause this parking is for shoppers not money hustlers. followed by me walking away laughing as loud as possible so she could feel like a dumb ass. thats just me!
