Being honest here, I really haven’t spent much time reading up on this topic. It’s always been one of those, “they’re never going to stop fighting, so why bother trying to understand it” kind of things for me.

Israel has blocked shipments of everything into Palestine for some time now. That includes food and medical supplies. That is on top of many years of Israel setting up scattered developments in Palestine in an attempt to take over their land. Israel will come in, knock down a bunch of Palestine homes, build their own and then start shooting Palestinians when they throw rocks to defend their houses.
Honestly, Israel is the bully here, it is very clear.

^ Good example. Israel doesn’t get hit with rockets for a while, they open up the borders to food and fuel. Shortly after they’re hit with rockets, they shut down the border again.
It’s just not worth the time. Extreme religious people want a tiny chunk of land. There won’t be peace until there is only one religion left standing.
