I always wanted to know how much info does your typical IT dept know?

Like:

1. Can you see what is on my screen at any time

2. Are there reports to show internet surfing

3. Are there reports when the Internet filtering system blocks you

4. anything else?

4. We IT nerds can do anything we want with your pc.

A typical IT dept would only start monitoring a specific user if they suspect something. If a few other employees complain that you read pittspeed all day, then they can monitor how much time you spend on the web, and things like that.

I don’t hear of a lot of places proactively monitoring web usage. :dunno:
