fyi this is what my main roll is for our company we have a SFA app that pulls customer info from our back end solution etc all sql based
This is really more for contact tracking…who got what email, postcard, blah blah, blah blah…
They dont’ “buy” shit from us so we don’t need the ability to import order history or anything like that

salseforce is good. Remedy is popular too.

I gotta say I’m leaning towards sales force, just b/c it’s not run inhouse…so that means less problems joe has to fix

I know… the funny thing is that salesforce runs on Oracle :lol:
only some sections of company uses it, and we do have our own stuff for the important stuff :lol:

how many people?
12 users max…we don’t need something super powerful
Sarbanes can suck my nut ( yeah it would be nice to be compliant though
