It seems as though Adelphia users can't resolve the board

Strange.

Everyone else I know can hit it, we can ping the server, but the domain name is not getting resolved.

I think adelphia’s DNSs are F’ed up.

i was on campus at ub earlier and it wasnt working, i couldnt get on until a few minutes ago.
