i would like to have power windows in my car…i knw i have to change door panels and also change the track and motor but what do i do about the wire harness??
also if anyone can help i alos would like to hook up my power windows

my fault for not putting the year and make
its a pain to do right and safe. best bet would be to find a whole harness from a car and swap it all over.
Nothing like adding weight to your honda!

It would be much easier to just find the doors with power shit already in them, but you can swap the internals out and you will need the floor harnesses they are the easiest way to do it im pretty sure b18ctrb has some and if he doesn’t i know he can get them.
:picard:it weights maybe 1.3 lbs more than crank windows hendy. Its a nice feature to add to a hatch if done correct and not half ass’d. The crank windows on honda blow and constantly pop off and fall off the track.
ex and lx have the wiring harness in the door, dx does not. If you have a dx you have to somehow find a way to spilt the power and get it to both windows
ok…i knw i have to get the internals from a door that comes with power windows…but how about that wire harness situation do i have to do anytine with the wire harness behind the dash??
