Its running. But not good. Need some help!

Ok the swap is done its in the car and its running… SR in an s13. So when i first got it to fire up it was running only on two cylinders i fixed the problem by replacing the whole fuel rail, Regulator and injectors. Now the car is running on all four cylinders and idles great… The prob that im having is once i start to rev it up it sputers almost like its missing…

My other prob is i can not get this maf to work… I know it works. But the prob im having is i have a different plug then the sr plug so the wires are different… The plug has one white, one black and one black/white… Do you guys know which wire should be hooked up to what?
With the maf not hooked up shouldnt i have some serious idling prob’s? Because it idles like a champ…

Nope, with MAF disconnected even, the car will idle great, just not reve past like 2k rpm. The maf is your problem for everything.

I don’t know about that Aaron. My car runs like a champ, but just for kicks we unhooked my MAF and the revs go up and down from 200-1000rpm over and over.

Ok so say the maf is the prob… What wires am i looking for i see one white and one black but what is my third wire i need… Is it black with a white strip…

I see the white wire loom but all it has is one black one white and a silver wire that is not insulated.

Never mind car runs good now… I had the wrong maf wires hooked up. Thanks for the help.

yo steve-izzle…the plug should plug in, there will just be one less pin inside…it works, remember when i ran one…
