How come rich people have that option? You think if there was a warrant out for any one of our arrests on such serious charges and the police knew right where we were they’d be like “Yeah, whenever you’re ready man, just let us know… we’ll be over here gang banging 01GTI’s sisters.” (okay, well the last part is probably right, but you get my point)

actually its about making arrangements with the police. if they wanted to they could have gone and arrested him. If the same thing were to happen to any of us and we made arrangements to turn our self in the next day, they would probably say ok, unless of course they thought it was a risk to leave the fugitive at large. But this does not just apply to rich people. It just depends on how the police react to you saying you will turn yourself in.
