I was in Japan last summer at a TEPCO power plant. They def came up short on their floodwater protection at Fukushima, but I can you those places are very well run and put together. It’s a shame they have to leave all their homes and belongings behind for such a crisis. Japanese have a great culture and it was very eye opening to experience it.
