Hi guys. Doing a auto-to-manual SR swap right now (s14) and have a question regarding the differences between JDM and Domestic stock manual pedals. Here is what I know (just did it):
Clutch pedals for LHD and RHD are the same (except for extra bracket and switch for ASCD).
RHD gas pedal position is further from the tranny tunnel than the Auto LHD(~1")
The RHD drive brake pedal is completely useless on your car (jogs into the steering column on a LHD car).
The domestic auto brake pedal fits between the two. Looks like it would be ideal with a bit of trimming.
Can somebody email me a clear picture of their stock, s14 manual pedal footwell that clearly shows all three pedals, the steering column and tranny tunnel. I’d like to judge spacing. Thanks!
