Jeep brake help needed I suck...

Alright,

2001 cherokee
Rear disc Conversion done 3 years ago, it worked awesome till now

Brother replaced the rear line with stainless steel brake line to the rear T on the axle, let the master cylinder run dry…(retard)

We bleed, the pedal sucks, its squishy all the way down, barely stops at all.

We bleed again (2man bleeding), same result…

The pedal feels horrible, but it does stop, barely.

We thought it might be a seized rear caliper. We checked em, the slider pins where seized, we replaced, all new, float awesome. Bleed brakes, the pedal feels the same.

He replaces the rear side caliper brake lines with stainless steel ones thinking its stretched rubber lines causing it.

Bleed (2man), pedal STILL feels the same.

We figure its the Master Cylinder, well we have a new one laying around. We put a brand new master cylinder in, rebleed all the freaking brakes(2 man)

Still no pedal

Bleed using gravity bleed.

Still no pedal, it stops but the pedal has to be all the way to the floor, and its squishy all the way down to the last 1/2".

The Jeep has all hard lines for brakes. Zero rubber lines at all.

Footnotes for lazy bastards:
Replaced almost everything, still no pedal

if you have abs you will probably need a scan tool to engage the abs unit to properly bleed the system. or if u have a wiring diagram u might be able to cycle it w/ jumper wires but i wouldn’t recommend it.

no abs on this jeep

how much fluid have you poured into the vehicle so far?

also, double check all connections at the junctions, calipers, master cylinder, brake hoses, everything. might have to bleed the master cylinder first then the rest of the system. and make sure the caliper pistons are not leaking.

no leaks, and by now we have gone through about a gallon of brake fluid. whats the best way to bleed a master cylinder on car? I know the lines feeding back into it, we tried that, no work. I tried just opening the lines as he holds down the pedal, straight fluid comes out, no bubbles out the line, no bubbles to the top of the master cylinder.

is there a possibility that the rear seal on the master cylinder is leaking and filling the brake booster w/ fluid?

best way to bleed a master is bench bleeding some cars its the only way. then bleed the brakes how is the fluid coming out at the right rear is it burping air still or is it smooth ur pumping 3 to 4 times and holding? then no letting off the pedal till the bleeders tight. iam just going over the obvious first

fluid comes out streamlike at all 4 corners… perfect

we jacked up the rear end and threw her in drive, now we have ZERO rear brakes for some reason. But that shouldnt effect the pedal at all should it? we have stream-like fluid out the rear lines, no rear brakes though.

Maybe a fucked proportioning valve? I am spent out of fucking ideas here.

we just replaced the master cylinder and there was no fluid in the booster.

are the calipers frozen?

they are floating calipers, we replaced the slide pins and lubed em all up. Maybe the pistons are frozen, not sure, I guess I could take a looksie.
