Well on the womans 2000 jeep wrangler, Every now and then the air bag and check engine light come on and then the speedo and tach drop to zero and odemter reads “no bu5” or “no bus”. It doesnt happen all the time, but is pretty frequent.
Has anyone every had this problem before?? any suggestions? Im a honda guy and know nothing about these things lol.

My fiancee’s 98 Cherokee does this as well. If you hit the dash, it comes back on. I’m sure it’s a loose wire.
No way in hell I am taking the time to open up the dashboard on that POS.
thats what i was thinking ,ive know people its happened to and they never fixed it. I was reading on line its usually just a loose ground wire to the instrument cluster.
