I don’t think you understand his point. The fact that it was illegal is a mute point.
and the whole “people should be able to do what they want to themselves” is really stupid. I once passed a guy going 70 on 90 who was steering with his knees and lighting a piece… when you do stupid things you put other people at risk. You can’t ignore that fact.
