I can see where pitman is coming from, but again they’re two completely different builds. While I’ll agree that a 20g is optimal on a low rpm street 2.0, you would need to push that turbo way over the limit to keep up with what my 30 is doing on a mild tune. I can’t imagine a 20g is going to be very happy at 30psi, which is what it’s going to take to keep up.

my 16g was pretty happy spiking 35psi pretty much all summer, turbo is still in mint shape.

pushing smaller turbos harder create a way better and more responsive in general which leads to a more fun car IMO. 440 ft/lb @ 3500rpm was pretty violent
