a turbo has a hot side and a cold side the hot side uses a turbine that uses the exhaust pressure to spool it on the cold side their is anothher turbine wheel which forces air into the engine which when forced in the engine rasing the compression and causeing more power. this is why turbo engines have low compression

the motors a 6 bolts on the 1gs 7 bolts on the 2gs the compression on the 1g is 7:8:1 and the 2g is 8:5:1 the cams are bigger on the 1g the exhaust is bigger on the 2g the intake manifold is bigger on the 1g the throttel body is 60mm and the 2g is 50mm the rods are thicked on the 1g the crank is thicker on the 1g the turbo is bigger on the one its a 14b the 2g has a t25
