Judge Mulligan, Kathleen R.

What a dumb fuck. This is going back to the “my brother got jumped” thread.

Brother got jumped, we ended up chasing the kids down, cops got em, we go to court and they all get off with nothing. Thats right, nothing. They’re all under 18, I dont expect the death penalty but for christs sake this dumb fuck judge cunt mulligan doesn’t believe that the kids we caught commited the crime. Even tho 2 of the 4 are ALREADY on probation.

I guess my brother and his friend(who got jumped) pointing the kids out isn’t good enough.

There is no justice. I would have been happy with a slap on the wrist to these kids, but to totally get off is just bullshit.

complete bullshit

You wouldn’t believe the bullshit story these kids made up. They said they were just chillin, and we pulled up on them for no reason calling them niggers and claiming that we were KKK members. We had bats and guns and all kind of shit and they were “just chillin”.

Judge dumb fuck even admitted that she didnt’ believe the kids story, but had doubts that they attacked my brother and his friend. I was totally furious.

x2

that sucks man

Not only am I just jacked off, but I seriously feel bad for those kids because they think they can just get away with anything now. Someday its gonna bite them in the ass. I understand kids make mistakes, I have, my brother has, but we got in trouble and learned. These kids walked out smiling and laughing and SO WERE THE PARENTS which made me wanna just blow the whole building up.

your brother should be able to appeal… I know how the appellate process works in civil court, but not sure about criminal court…

no idea how it works, but worth looking into…

sorry to hear your brother got beat twice…

thats soo messed up. and like you said now they think they can get away with anything and it will bite em in the ass

I assume it’s safe to say black in this thread. Black.

Sorry to hear about the court case…that’s a shame. I don’t suppose the judge’s decision was based off of your (your borthers) delivery of the explanation. Sometimes in he-said she-said cases like this careful verbiage significantly changes the verdict.

maybe she is up re election and wants the black vote
