looks like I am learning how to dive better, after spinning out again the first 3 run in the morning, I manage to make it through the course with decent time.
maybe next time I’ll start moving up

yeah some times i had to take a second to catch my breath, Ask 240 dave, gtr dave , Dan , and flavio they all went for ride in the “ghetto crx” . Flavio even held his hands in the air like he was on a roller coaster hahaha

There is a mistake The SaturnSW2 (dallas) did not post his fastest time ,you have it posed in the runs but not as his fastest time, that would make Dallas move up quite a few spots!

The CRX is a killer with the stripped down fighting weight and big sticky Hoosiers!
If the track had been tighter you’d have eaten me for lunch!!! This one had a three sections I could put some power down and keep ahead of the nimble, but modestly powered featherweight.
I had a look at your G-Tech files before I sent them to you and you were making some much better use of the traction available to you later in the day. You’re going to be pretty tough to catch on a tight track.
The way I see it, if the track gets tight I need to get into a weight vs tire width contest! One of the things I love about this event is the way apples and oranges all bounce around and somehow it comes out close.
Thanks for the ride in the CRX. I thought we’d fly off into the weeds on a couple corners but you stuck like sh*t to a blanket! Too much fun! My lungs didn’t fly out of my mouth, but I do remember my vision blurring just like when I stab the throttle on the GTR! :lol:
I’m going to try for the 12th, so you’ll have a chance to take me down a peg. (I’m feeling a bit cocky just now. )

Did the offical weigh in today Iam 1870lbs Ready to race and there still a bit more i can shead off the car lol .
once i started heating the V710’s up i was getting some sweet traction . Iam still sure there was a few more palce i coudl push a lil harder but thats down to driver skill need to get better was onyl the 2nd time tracking the car and its only been running for a week haha .
not a problem glad you enjoyed the ride it can deffinatly be nerve racking in some turns cause i hold alot of speed haha .
I need to get a ride in the GTR next time see how the AWD is agaist my glue tires lol

Wish I coulda stuck around for the whole day, prolly could have improved my times a bit as the track and tires warmed up. Learned a lesson tho - heavy front wheel drive weight bias + fumes in gas tank = tail happy car! Great track nice hi speed sections. Maybe I should strip the insides out to lower the weight…nah.
Had a hoot in Dennis’ Cobra - a bit woozy after the first run tho… :vom:
