I just have to make a new coil bracket, hook up the spark plug wires, hook up gauges(water temp, oil temp, oil pressure, boost, wideband O2, EGT) fix the exhaust (cut and reweld downpipe to midpipe flange) fill fluids (oil, coolant, tranny oil), run the rest of the coolant hoses, put the interior back together and have the POwerFC remapped. When this is all said and done then it can sit and idle in the driveway for 2 or 3 hours and begin the breakin process. All this just in time to put it away till next year!!!
i’ll definitely keep everyone updated over the next week or so, it should be driveable by saturday or sunday. I’ll get some driving vids and warmup and break in vids as well. I just can’t wait to fire it up and hear the BRAP BRAP BRAP BRAP of a large ported rotary!!
Eric - Is it just me or is your FMIC directly behind your radiator? I can’t see the rad. in that pic so I’m not sure if you have it layed down out of the way or what.
The intercooler is in the stock location, the radiator is actually mounted on an angle below it and there is a duct that flows air to the intercooler from the front bumper. Mike, can you email me that map?
