If Iâm reading you correctly, youâre located in Starpoint district of Lockport. They just came in at #5 in Business First school district rankings in WNY and the top ranked Niagara county district. Definitely going to see more demand in that area as that district continues to improve.
Yeah as a teacher, Starpoint is the shit lately.
No water property, besides the 50+ acres behind me that turns my yard into a lake 8 months out of the year.
I can throw a gold ball into Erie county from my mailbox.
(If I hit it, it somehow stays in Niagara county)
Starpoint gets a lot of tax dollars and looks to pay really well.
Far fewer student services and activities than ken-ton, so that SUCKED. Paying a lot more just to have access to better drugs, and higher percentage of families with give-a-shitivity.

I would like to know what really has driven the change in performance over the last 10 years. I can guess a lot of $250-350k housing developments, but that might offend people.
Probably not relevant to Buffalo protestâs other than Buffalo schools have a lot of cash per student available.
Are people still protesting there?
I see one or two people with signs walking towards Niagara square now and then, but I think itâs over with. No more chopper overhead.

I cant think of the dudes names but they have been on multiple times. One old skin and one younger dude, always drunk in their trailer. The other instance the younger dude let the cat out or something. lol.
