if the ka motor had as much aftermarket support as the sr does, it’d be bittin sr20’s in the ass. Now that the ka are starting to gain some more aftermarket support in addition to the aem standalone management, ppl like ivan are making some record numbers with their ka’s, this is a sign that these motors do actually have potential and can make power ppl thought they couldnt, its coming alive and i hope a year from now those numbers ivan makes are shaddered by alot which is probably expected, till then aluminum belongs in the blue recycling bin.
cant complain about the SR at all, its been wicked, but i do want to do a KA-T as well…
having been in chris’s KA-T i really enjoy the added low end…
aside from that there really is no difference.
you would have to do it on an engine by engine basis anyways… some people’s KA’s blow goats bum and some SR’s are poo as well.
Adam’s KA-T will no doubt be sick but there are many SR’s that will run similar times.
