Okay here is the Setup …
1989 Body …
93 KA24DE Stock Everything
When I 1st start the car in the morning or when it sits around for a few
hours the rpms Jumps to 2000 back to almost 0 back to 2000 and back to
almost 0 the car almost stoles before the RPM Stabilizes …
and this only happends when i just start the car when the car worms up its all good … 
what is causing this …
can anyone help …
