When starting my car up in the morning after its been sitting all night it will start, rmp’s rev up then it dies. but if i hold the gas just a bit for 3 seconds its alright. now this only happends on a cold days. has this ever happend to anyone or does anyone know what may be causing this?
ive actually noticed that this week with my ride. i have a sr20 blacktop, and it ran mint for during the warmer weather, but now that its been raining/snowing and its cold out, the car has had some trouble staying at the same RPM when first starting
I just did a tranny swap and now it idles like crap. Totally not related to tranny i know, but i swear i didn’t mess with anything else, that’s whack!
I’ve searched all over the net for the entire evening and found lots of idling problems with no straight answers. All i saw was IACV, AIV, TPS, EGR, bad grounds, bad fuel management, … I guess all 240’s have idling problems and it’s never the same solution for everybody…
