I will pass it along. I like your business attitude. Sounds like you run it like it should be. Come to work do as expected or better get paid well for it. Stay safe, have a good time doing it, and your good to go. A lot of “hard labor” jobs people hate waking up and going to work to do, because its physically and mentally challenging. But if people like waking up to come work for you, then your doing a damn good job running the show.

I cant tell you how many young kids me and my dad have hired to landscape with us. They are all good, up until about 3 hours into the job. Then they get lazy, start slacking, mentally unstable etc. Its even worse when it was 95* !! holy shit. It was like working with sloths.

kids these days are afraid to wake up with some sore muscles and sweat their balls off. Even if they dont get a job mommy and daddy will take care of them. The way it is in clifton park/saratoga is retarded. Every young individual is spoiled to hell. Drives me nuts.

have you ever seen the show deadliest catch? Those guys are prolly the hardest working people in this world. The shit they do is brutal. Last week one of the boats hired a new greenhorn. The guy in his interview said he always watched the show and when a greenhorn didnt make it he laughed and would say “put me in his position, I could do all of that”. He was bragging about how he was such a good hard worker. He was a furniture mover for 10 years or some shit.

LOL YES! Quarry is in queensbury/fort-ann area. I drive 45 minutes every day one way and car pool 2-3 other people depending on who wants to ride so i save a couple people gas. Then theres a cash incentive for those who do what there asked and more. Last week a guy that worked there for 3 days made 200 tip off a customer from NJ, needing 4 truck loads of stone aggregate . Needless to say he says hes not leaving unless he has to :lol.
Its not a hard job… I think my firefighter training is more difficult then this, and thats not that bad.
