sorry i tried searching but to no avail, just wondering if someone knows the best way to remove my key release switch? my turbo timer work but it wont let me release the key fully (the last turn with the button) until the car actually dies lol makeing no use of having a turbo timer any help would be great thanks
ps i have heard i can pull a wire (not sure which one) or take the spring out of the button??
the point of a turbo timer, is to create a holding circuit with a timer that bypasses the function of the key cylinder.
I’m thinking you don’t have the timer installed correctly.
the turbo timer came with its own harness is dummy proof and only goes in one way lol the timer work and i can turn the key 2 clicks but not the last one until the car turns off the button to release the key stay solid and cannot be pushed until the car dies
thanks but mine has a wiring harness it comes with that goes in between the wiring coming from the stering column lol ill just take some pictures and a video of where it stops
