Lol.

And it could lead to a future career of being a highly paid motorcycle fabricator.

Maybe you can go work for Orange County choppers if you get good enough

that’s awesome!..what is it? lol

frame jig?

It’s a frame jig for a completely scratch built frame. Including one-off castings, some unusual tweaks to classic chopper geometry, and a drive setup that is unlike any bike I’ve ever seen.

The frame will be full 316L SS. I spent more on stainless steel for the frame than I paid for my first Harley. Castings alone were close to 3000 bucks.

It’s about to get really good in here.

So by using castings does that mean you intend to make a few of the same bike?

No. I only had one piece of each casting made.

Castings supposed to be here this week.

Made these. WWWJ blanks

Woah this thing will have giant ninja throwing stars!

Nice work!

I really wish I could post everything that I’m planning on making/building, but at this point I can’t share all of it publicly because I need to find out about getting into Born Free or the Brooklyn Invitational first.

But here are some pictures of a few things:

Lase cut axle plates:

Machined and polished axle plates:

Much dollars worth of one off 316 stainless castings…

holy fuck, those castings…

is the entire frame going to be polished stainless?

Yes, but I will probably paint over the tubes with an eggshell white color and leave 2" of tube and the castings exposed and polished.

Awesome stuff!

Any thought to what type of paint you will use? Urethane? Enamel? … Epoxxxxxxxy?

There are some pretty sweet options for Epoxy paints nowadays.

All I can think of is a high end steel bicycle frame where they polished the lugs.

That’s what I was thi inking as well. I think it could look cool.
