Kyoto + Tokyo , Japan

hellIo son fellers…

some my not know me…
but I frequent this forum…
I am working on my s12… but I do so have s13s as well…

I’m currently in Kyoto, Japan for the next 3-4 days…
and heading to Tokyo after that for anohter 3-4 days…

heck I’ve seen soo much cool cars. not to mention the x1000 s13s…, silvias… and skylines… ( soo freaking many 4 doors…)

in anycase…
stupidly enough (is that a word?)
I can seem to find any car related stuff in kyoto…

I mostly wanted to find s12 stuff… but s13 stuff will do

just wanted to know if anyone where knows where I can find interesting stuff for s12 or… s13 stuff

Ed i know you, I can’t help you out though…sorry.
Enjoy the trip, I’m pretty sure heatw know’s a few places.
Your best bet is to quickly go on gtrcanada and ask the skyline guys, you may have a better chance there.

look up ’ Chokets ', they are a huge used parts store chain, largest in Japan from what i’ve read… every city has one or more…

Super AutoBACS in Odaiba is gangster but kinda pricey.

Then there is Upgarage in the suburbs crazy deals but a bit far.

HKS showroom is downtown…very cool.

Then of course Akihabada “electric city” is a must.

Kyoto…hmm can’t help ya I think its a pretty conservative city.

I’m in osaka right now, i was recently in Tokyo and in 5 days i’ll be in tokyo again. Look for up-garages. They’re the wal-mart of the japan tuners.
