I was thinking the same thing. Also, it happened twice if you read the KDKA story. It says that he pulled in front of her and stopped once and approached her window to yell at her. She drove around him and then the second time is when he punched her and she shot him. Sounds weird to me.
I’m also trying to figure out how you merge on 376 from 28. You can get on 279, 579, or 65 from 28, but 376?
