As the title states, I’m looking for someone to dig up two large flower beds and lay down weed barrier. Then plant some various shrubs and other floral shit. Not sure if the stone will remain. Might replace with mulch.
Weed barrier sucks IMO. When I did landscaping, I pulled all the weeds and just laid Preen down before and after mulching and if you do little work, it will hold up from year to year. Good luck with your search though, I just did mine on my own.
I agree on the Preen. As long as you apply it properly, it works very well.
I don’t know if you’re still in Wilson, but a good friend of mine owns a nursery / landscape business down here.
My dad has been in this business over 20 years and I agree on going with preen and skipping the weed barrier. They will grow right through it, waste of money.

Weed barrier goes under stone, not mulch. Ex landscaper pro tip
