Being serious: I think it should be legal, and taxed to high heaven. My reasoning is that it is arguably safer than booze. (I could smoke all day and be able to function the next day, if i drink all day, god help me in the morning). It would quickly become a cash crap. And it would free up a lot of law enforcement personel and prison space.
