ok reality now.

design a small op amp circuit that adds some slight gain to the output of the O2 sensor so that the ECU thinks it is richer and pulls some fuel. youd need something like a LM324 and some resistors, capacitors and a regulated voltage for the circuit (7805 or 7812 voltage regulator depending on the op amp power requirements)

lemme see if i can dream up a low gain op amp circuit that can source the current the ecu requires. i doubt the o2 sensor can supply more current than an op amp but ill check.

you can use a wideband with a programmable output to fool the ecu into running leaner in closed loop. a buddy of mine does it to a chrysler lebaron and gets 44 on the highway while putting down something like 350 to the wheels.

BTW there is a slight chance of trashing the cat from running too lean but who cares. its a 95. you can take it off and get even better mileage.
