LF: 17" winter tires or cheep 16" wheels

hey guys
im looking for some 17" winter tires 205-215 55 id prefer used but ill take what i can get

or im not to thrilled with using 17" winters so if i cant get a dirt cheep set of 16"wheels steelies or whatever new tires are alot cheeper in 16 then 17" 5x114.3 offset no matter

ive got a set of of either 205-55-16 (allseason)or 225-60-16 (winters) with 4 alloy rims for 500 bux for it all
