lol of course not, and even if i did we’d have gotten the ticket for it before, and paid it off asap (or in our case fight it, it’s so easy to beat those red-light camera tickets… we’ve won before =P)
We’re not going to claim that we didn’t receive it… my dad’s just going to finish his work week pretending he didn’t, so once he has the time, he’ll take care of everything properly.
I think that’s the best solution to the problem as it stands right now.
BTW: It’s most likely that it was an error on their behalf, not ours; there really isn’t any possible reason for the license to be suspended.
I’ll let you guys know how it went once it gets sorted out.
My friend got a license suspension notice in the mail. She went to traffic court and stood in line, and mentioned to them she never recieved a ticket or a conviction notice.
What they will do is reopen the file (not the case) and assign a date for you to meet a JP. The JP will decide whether the case is to be reopened.
If you just moved, they will reopen the case. Then you can fight it in court again.

yea yea, u cant do it with credit cards and bills and shit cause they’ll just give u final notices but with incoherence cancelations and license suspensions the only way u get screwed is if u get pulled over. and what are the chances ur dad is guna get pulled over in this one week, in a truck im assuming. hey its karma, u dident do anything bad you wont get anything bad back.
