Mighty Taco is now test shipping our frozen Beef & Cheese Burrito’s, (including the Hot Sauce packet!) and will select five of our Facebook friends, who do not live in Western New York, to participate in this phase of our roll out.
All you hav…e to do is simply post a comment on the wall that say’s “YES, Count me in! I live in [city & state].” Of course, if you wish to elaborate, feel free, but it is not necessary.
Starting this Friday, 9/3, Mighty Taco will be selecting one fan per week for the next five weeks. One randomly selected fan will reside in the North East, while the others will be chosen from the South East, North West, South West, and Mid West. The selected fan will be announced on our Wall each Friday, and we’ll personally contact you via Facebook!
All we ask is that you enjoy the food, and complete the survey that will be shipped with the product, and mail it back to us in the pre-stamped envelope we’ll provide.

When I worked at wegmans there was a guy who came in every few Sundays and bought almost $1000 worth of salens hot dogs and gennese beer. I was like WTF, big BBQ? He said he ships it to his parents in Florida, they would take up a collection in their retirement home from all of the old buffalo polaks and he would ship it to them
I have my parents bring me up some Mighty Taco when they come to visit me all the time. It’s one of the few things I miss from there. And I have already signed up for the promotion on FB
You name it, Sahlens, , Weber’s Horseradish Mustard, Crystal Beach Loganberry, Chiavetta’s Barbeque Marinade, Illio DiPaolo’s or Chef’s Pasta Sauce, pizza and wings from Buffalo,etc. = Gold outside of buffalo when you dont live here.
When I was a kid, I worked in most of the Ted’s hot dogs, including the one in Tempe Arizona. They would have a special carrier ship hundreds of pounds of hot dogs to the restaurant in Arizona on a weekly basis. If any of you guys have been to that location, it is exactly like a Buffalo one, right down to the Buffalo Newspaper available for purchase, and the Bills and Sabres stuff all over the walls.
Ive taken Sahlens, Chivettas and half baked Bocce’s pizzas down south. Everytime my sister comes she takes back hot dogs and pizza. One year we took 10 5# packs of Sahlens.
My cousin and her husband are both from Texas and love Mighty! They call it Buff Mex and make it a priority to stop and get some every time they are here. I don’t get it. Not like they’ve ever lived here. I mean I think it’s good, but living in Texas must be the holy land for getting Mexican cuisine without going to Mexico!
My fiance’s father ALWAYS brings us sahlen’s hotdogs when he visits.
I grew up in LI with some good hot dogs like the original (with skin) nathan’s and hebrew nationals and stuff. I can comfortably say that I prefer Sahlen’s and Zweigels over them any day.
i had webbers mustard shipped to me out of state quite a bit, hot dogs weren’t a big deal to me, but i ship them to my grandfather in Cali once a year.
