Ok. Here’s the deal. Lost my only key for my 2003 Honda CBR 954RR. I have one of the key cyclinders out of the bike and ready for a key to be made. There is a key code on the outside.(Zanotti’s couldn’t do anything because their books are ancient and doesn’t include the newer key code’s.) Anyone a locksmith on here that could help me out? I know what Blank key my bike uses also. I will just have to get some. I would really like to get this solved ASAP.

just before i bought my VTX the guy lost the key. he had to call honda house by the liberty tubes and get the code from the cylinder and they cut it he picked it up and it works perfectly.
Hmmm…Maybe I will try giving them a call a little later today.
Did you try calling some numbers from the phone book? If you can find a local locksmith, it might be cheaper than going to the dealer.
Tried. It seems all the locksmith’s near the butler area are braindead. I did find one guy that said he would give it a shot. So hopefully something will work out for me.

Called honda house… Aparently there is only one guy in the whole damn place who can cut a key. But they said they can do it. So I’ll try back tomorrow and see.
Did you try Gatto in Tarentum ? Might be closer for you than going to Rt51
Ya. Gatto tried telling me they didn’t make my bike in 2003. Thats all I’ll say about that.

Honda house can do it, but I need to get the ignition cylinder out and that is a project in itself.
