LOL@email from Howard at Redline...

While I don’t know the whole ordeal that started all this crap with Redline/Howard(I’ve read as much on here amongst threads as I can stomach) this is a typical thing of any shop, my own included. One person posts something online and bam, shit hits the fan. Doesn’t make that shop owner a “bad person” or means their work is shit(or vice versa). It’s just and unfortunate part of being in business, especially THIS business. Context and emotion are difficult to convey across the internet, and far too often it’s taken the opposite direction originally intended and results in a shit storm on forums.

On my own account, I’ve called Redline in the past a few times trying to setup some time and tuning with Howard and never received any callbacks. Shitty, yeah but no hard feelings were made. I just started calling other places/people to have the tuning completed.
