Well, if a good balancer makes that big of a difference, maybe I’ll look into finding a shop with such a balancer… maybe mine already has one…

You should give it a try, it made a big difference for me. There must be differences in accuracy… some of the different models have the same features but use different methods of balancing to determine the price of the unit - there must be a reason to market both simultaneously.

As Jammin and GT stated… the Hunter just gives you the BEST possible ride on your tires. End of story. I have had my wheel balanced at a couple different shops and everytime I take my car to Ohio and have them balanced on the Hunter 9700 its like night and day. I drive down there riding like an old truck and drive back riding like a caddy.

The hunter also does all the nice things like tire runout and pull as well so as long as your alignment is good on your car it will track perfectly straight like its on rails which is also nice.
ya I had my tores balanced at a shot with a normal balancer and hell it is almost worse,

All this babble about the Hunter and no one has yet listed a shop that people can go to. Ive got some rubber I need mounted and balanced In the GTA so I really want to get it done at a shop with a Hunter so list some in TO that youve been to.
