Yeah, I don’t think everyone on here posting about tuition reimbursement being shitty works for the best company with the best setup. Your’s sounds like a win / win situation. With most of the idiot organizations I worked for throughout the years, I was pretty happy to have my payroll check clear at the end of the week. I think in this day and age any company offering a tuition payback program should be applauded.
My cousin got an internship at a bank while getting his bachelors, got his degree, worked there for a year after being hired full-time, then did their tuition reimbursement , got his masters and is now VP Branch manager and has gotten like 4 promotions during a 3 year period. If you don’t work for a shitty company, and don’t suck as an employee I really don’t see why they would abuse you.
Fuck, you can just go do some sort of labor job and make $12+/hour at least while searching for an actual career. Why the hell would you stick around your current place?

Hell local computer consulting/services companies get away with charging 115-175 a hour for idiots.

Pick something that the masses have developed a NEED for. Be sure to pick something that is considered magic by the masses, they must NEED it but they must not understand it.
Do whatever it takes to learn & demystify the “magic” and rake in the cash.
LZ is on the same page as me here, listen to him. Niche skill-sets are where the best money can be found. The more people that highly value your skillset the more money they will pay you for your expertise.

how ya liking it so far? ive been working with revit mep close to 4 years now doing hospitals/lab buildings, love it.
god I wish I could get my office to grab a copy of revit…I recently finally got them to get Civil3D, and they haven’t installed it yet even though it’s been on the computer guy’s desk for 3 weeks now.
